European Adventures - Day 18

Today after a big breakfast to load us up for the day we headed to Murano factory to check out how the glass blowing/sculpting is done. So incredible how they make the figurines and now appreciate why the cost can be so high.

We got a boat ride back to Venice itself and hung there around and got a coffee and looked at a lot of shops before meeting up again to go off to Burano Island.

On Burano island we had a massive lunch/early dinner with 6 courses, so lovely. Burano has such colourful houses on the shoreline and looks amazing.

After coming back to the hotel, John our tour guide had arranged for some wine and snacks as the service last night was poor by the hotel so the put that on to make up for it.
