European Adventures - Day 14

Friday we had a guided tour of St Peters basilica which was fantastic to see.  It is so massive and the Vatican has far too much money I think..

Short lunch and souvenir shopping near St Peters then on to the Colosseum again but just on the outside this time.

We then shared a pizza and a drink down the road after the Colosseum

Free time back at the hotel where I grabbed a nap and Kate enjoyed a spa.
For part of the tour we got to make our own pizza which was actually a lot of fun. Soooo much food though we couldn't finish it all. Cold meats, pizza, bread all sorts yum.
